Power Box Pro I/O RED KOMODO-X – Gold-Mount

The OCTAMAS gear Power Box Pro I/O RED KOMODO-X mounts directly to the camera V-Mount and provides a 9pin 0B RED EXT Cable to the Camera Extension port. The keyways are strategically positioned to prevent cable collisions and optimize usability. The Power Box Pro I/O RED KOMODO-X is built to be lightweight and ultra compact.  The housing is constructed with durability in mind using aircraft grade aluminum and a minimum on plastic. Designed, manufactured and tested in Switzerland.

Features:

User-interchangeable Gold and V-mount battery plates with 2x “tucked in” D-Tap sockets

EXT 6pin 1B RED DC-IN (Hot Swap, Block Battery, Crane, Drone, Steadicam, ect). Ext. Battery is prioritized until voltage drops to 12V, then automatic switch to on board Battery.

Onboard fuse for all outputs with a 8A trip and automatic reset (approx 1min). Tripping the fuse will not out the camera.

SMBUS battery data pass-through on V-mount. SMBUS is not available on Gold mount.

1x BNC Genlock
2x D-Tap with shorter positive pins so ground always connects first, unregulated direct power from DC or Battery, trip fused

*Supports most Batteries up to 94mm wide. Wider Batteries require optional off-set plate.

TIP:

-“tucked in” D-Tap sockets are best connected before mounting the battery

-for extra sturdiness mount with provided “secure plate lite”
